WHAT YOU DO
  • You develop and implement effective social media strategies for the brand's Ambassador channels, aligning with global marketing goals.
  • You manage the social media presence of 2 Corporate Ambassadors of a DAX 40-company in Germany, from content concepting to publishing.
  • You conceptualise and attend productions with brand Ambassadors around Munich, ensuring content quality.
  • You engage directly with Ambassadors, presenting ideas and concepts in weekly meetings and handling ad-hoc requests.
  • You collaborate within a team to build content plans and proposals, delivering consistent content for global social media channels.
  • You craft content while maintaining brand consistency and messaging tone, working closely with the design team to create captivating visuals and videos.
  • You maximise the potential of existing content through strategic utilisation based on social algorithms.
  • You understand the social community and their needs, translating insights into creative ideas and executions.
  • You confidently lead clients through creative ideas and effectively sell concepts, leveraging social analytics for informed decision-making.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or advertising.
  • You are a native or fully proficient German speaker.
  • You possess a strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for global brands and Corporate Influencers.
  • You have experience generating social ideas for brands and proficiency in Instagram and LinkedIn, with familiarity in other platforms.
  • You excel in written, spoken, and copywriting skills in English and German, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • You exhibit robust organisational capabilities and exceptional attention to detail, along with confidence in presenting and debating ideas.
  • You are experienced in engaging with clients both in-person and virtually, demonstrating proficiency in operating under pressure to meet time-sensitive objectives.
  • You have an active interest in the automotive sector and are confident in driving new cars, often required for shoots.
  • You are a positive, proactive team member with a drive to deliver top-tier social media content  and channel management, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva as a bonus.
